When concentrated melatonin is inhaled, in theory, it is instantly absorbed by alveoli in the lungs and enters the bloodstream, instead of being metabolized by the liver, as would a tablet. Only a small amount of melatonin, then, is required to create a physiological effect. In October 2020, Sleepstiq was birthed to bring a lasting solution to the sleeping problem of humans. Once inhaled, melatonin enters the bloodstream and immediately begins to “mellow you out” before leaving you “sleeping on a cloud.”

Our Personal Diffuser is an aromatherapy device that contains a blend of melatonin, lavender, and chamomile. A few breaths of our plant-based essential oil mist will mellow you out, quiet the mind, and lull you to bed.
